Harajuku Takoyaki

Ingredients

2 serves

  • 1 cup takoyaki flour

  • 1 egg

  • 1.5 cups dashi stock

  • 100g octopus, chopped

  • 2 tbsp spring onion

  • 1 tbsp pickled ginger

  • Takoyaki sauce, mayo, bonito flakes, aonori

Method

  1. Mix batter ingredients.

  2. Heat and grease takoyaki pan.

  3. Add batter and fillings.

  4. Turn balls until golden and round.

  5. Top with sauce, mayo, and flakes.
