Ginza Sushi Roll

Ingredients

2 serves

  • 2 cups cooked sushi rice

  • 2 tbsp sushi vinegar

  • 4 sheets nori

  • 1/2 cucumber, julienned

  • 1/2 avocado, sliced

  • 100g sashimi-grade tuna

  • Soy sauce, wasabi, pickled ginger

Method

  1. Season rice with vinegar.

  2. Place rice on nori and add fillings.

  3. Roll and cut into pieces.

  4. Serve with dipping sauces.
